Platform migration
Move books, items, open transactions, and history from legacy accounting or another ERP into NetSuite.
Platform migration is a cutover finance can reconcile, not an import job that finished. We move opening balances, items, open transactions, and enough history to close the first period in NetSuite.
Source systems are typically desktop accounting or another ERP. Mapping, trial loads, and a signed reconcile are part of delivery. After go-live, the NetSuite account is the system of record; the legacy books are history, not a parallel ledger.
What this engagement covers
Opening balances and items
Trial balance, items, customers, and vendors mapped so the new account can post on day one.
Open transactions
Open invoices, bills, and orders that still have to cash or close, not only historical totals.
Signed reconcile
Trial loads and a finance sign-off on the cutover pack. The test is a reconcile, not a green import log.
